The Social Action Club will be sponsoring the third annual Handcrafting Justice Fair Tuesday through Thursday, December 11, 12, and 13. Handcrafting Justice is a project of the Sisters of the Good Shepherd who market goods for women across the globe and promote human rights by supporting opportunities for economic improvement and social transformation. All of the goods for sale are handmade, many one-of-a-kind items.
The fair will run in the mall during period 5 lunches on Tuesday and Thursday and after school from 1:30-4:00. On Wednesday, the fair will run from 11:30-1:00. Cash, checks, and credit cards will be accepted, so please consider buying these wonderful items made by women and children from Thailand, Africa, and Latin America.
